Changing Faces, 2023: Opening 4th May
An exhibition based on my practice based PhD research which investigates the roles of video, animation and interactivity in exploring evolving identities associated with a breast cancer diagnosis. The autoethnographic nature of the work is based on my own experience of breast cancer from diagnosis in December 2018 to September 2019 when my treatment was completed.
The exhibition will debut at the Daphne Oram Gallery at Canterbury Christ Church University 4th May - 10th May 2023 before being shown at Gallery 66, Folkestone from Friday 26th May - Sunday 4th June 2023.
Below is a sneak peek of some of the pieces which will be exhibited including digital art, augmented reality, word art and a motion graphics video.
A website on the exhibition is currently under construction and will be available here soon.
